Deadlines for Shipments
Led Flashlight Pro will ship all orders within one business day of receipt. Orders received before 12:00 noon EST will most likely be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 EST will be shipped the following business day. For orders received on Friday, every attempt will be made to ship orders by close of business Friday.

ORMD/Hazmat Product
Products that are considered ORMD will only be shipped via UPS Ground. 

Returns
All merchandise that is returned for convenience is subject to a 15% restock fee. Prior to sending any merchandise back to Led Flashlight Pro, you must first contact a Sales Representative to obtain a RA# (Return Authorization).

Shipping 
Any order placed will ship UPS Ground.  All orders shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address will only be shipped via US Mail (Priority or Surface). 

Backorders
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.

Cancellations
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email support@LEDFlashlightpro.com to cancel an order.
